Required Documents from Corporate Employers in Saudi Arabia

Required Documents from Corporate Employers in Saudi Arabia

  • Demand Letter (finalized and officially signed)
  • Foreign Employer Emigrate System Registration Details (FE User ID obtained from Emigrate System and Indian Embassy KSA - mandatory and renewed every 5 years)
  • Electronic Delegation Tafweed or E-Wekkala (issued by Enjaz MOFA)
  • Note: The Demand Letter must be signed by the authorized signatory and bear the employer's seal. The E-Wekkala must be ratified by the Chamber of Commerce.

For Bangladeshi Employees:

  • Demand Letter (finalized and officially signed)
  • Electronic Delegation Tafweed or E-Wekkala (issued by Enjaz MOFA)
  • Note: The Demand Letter must be signed by the authorized signatory and bear the employer's seal. The E-Wekkala must be ratified by the Chamber of Commerce.

For Nepalese Employees:

  • Demand Letter (finalized and officially signed)
  • Power of Attorney
  • Letter of Guarantee
  • Inter-Party Recruitment Agreement
  • Employment Contract
  • Nepal Embassy Registration Approval
  • Electronic Delegation Tafweed or E-Wekkala (issued by Enjaz MOFA)
  • Note: Documents 1-5 must be signed by the authorized signatory, bear the employer's seal, and be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, and the Nepalese Embassy. The E-Wekkala must be ratified by the Chamber of Commerce.

  • Power of Attorney
