Recruitment Steps ( SOP )

SOP

Submission of Manpower Request

First:
1.1 Initially Employer shall apply for manpower by sending the requirement ( job description ) through E-mail or by filling online recruitment application form from our website on the Request for Manpower page/button) with mentioning job category, visa profession, Quantity Job description, Experience, qualification/ skills, wages & benefits, religions, nationality, ages, terms and conditions etc1.2 Employer shall choose the final way of the selection process: Either through online interview such as Skype, Zoom, google meet Etc. or to send employer's delegates for personal interviews and final selection, or to authorize our company for the final interview and selection

Second:
2.1 Submission of the required documents ( required documents vary from one country to another as clarified below )
1- Demand letter ( the finalized Official Demand Letter ).
2- Foreign Employer Emigrate System registration details (FE User ID obtained from Emigrate System and Indian Embassy in the employer's country once every 5 years, it is newly, mandatory & routine procedure
3- Electronic authorization Tafweed - Wekkala (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) - a copy of quota of employment visa approvals (Other GCC countries) Mazoniat for Oman.

2.2 Shall fix the final interview method schedule if finalized to be conducted by the employer's delegation through online or physical interviews in person (usually we fix an appointment for the interview will be conducted within 4 to 7 days from the date of the recipient required documents)

Selection of the candidates

First, pre-screening of candidates:

We shall source the candidates ' CVs from our channels (Pre-Applicant from our large Database, Newspaper Advertisements, labour association NGOs, and Training Institutions) and conduct an initial screening to prepare for final interviews  .

Second: preparation for the final interview:

Post-primary screening of applicants' CVs, We shall prepare the schedule for final interviews by reserving interview sites centres or conference halls with the necessary equipment, tools and used materials to examine the candidates for the respective categories such as trucks, cars, heavy equipment for drivers & operators categories, and technical tools and material for testing technical categories to ensure better procedures and quality candidates Usually, the ratio of the lined-up candidates is 50% - 100 % of the actual required quantity

Final Interviews & Selection

First conducting an interview for candidates at the respective interview site:
We or the employer's delegates shall conduct the interview of the lined-up candidates at the respective interview sites as per the scheduled interview

Second, Testing of the candidates
shall conduct examination and testing for the candidates in the designated sites according to the respective required categories and in the case of the presence of employer's delegates, an evaluation report shall be given at the site.

Third, Primary & backup Selection of the candidates :
We or the employer's delegates shall select the best batches of candidates who passed the Test/interview of the required quantity, in addition, to maintaining a backup batch list for any replacement

Fourth, Employment Contract or Offer Letter:
after selection employer's delegates or Employer shall sign the employment contract or issue an offer letter and get it accepted and signed by the selected candidates

Medical Examination

After the completion of the final selection process, selected candidates must undergo a medical and physical fitness examination carried out by a panel of doctors in specialized medical centres and registered with the health ministries of the GCC Health Council and accredited with the embassies of employers countries. Viral examination, comprehensive biochemical examination, blood microbial examination, radiography, ECG, physical examination and physical fitness. We examine in various medical centres accredited by the embassies of employer's countries including Amco Diagnostics Center among our group of companies If in case any candidate is found medically or physically Unfit, we shall select a replacement from the backup list to conduct his medical examination and replace him instead

Employment Visa & Emigration process

First, Employment Visa :
We shall prepare the required documents for the candidates who passed the medical examinations after the completion of the medical examination procedures, in order to submit their visas to (Consulate, embassy or any government entity authorized to issue their employment visa as per the Labour law and the MOFA of employer country within a certain period vary from country to country.

Second, Emigration and Travel Permits:
We shall apply Emigration permission ( travelling approval permission ) must be applied for all workers whose employment visas have been obtained by the respective authorities as per the Indian and sourcing country government's rules and regulations. Approval is to be obtained from the Immigration Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the previously registered employer's FE registration in the emigrate system at the Indian embassy or other embassies of sourcing countries in the employer's country

Orientation

First, orient employees for work and employer :
We shall conduct pre-departure orientation training programs PDOT for all candidates Before the travelling date & after receiving visas, in order to familiarize them with the new environment, employers work system, company policy and the provided facilities by the employer including salary structure details, salary payroll cut of date, salary payee time, duty hours, overtime, housing, meals, other privileges, terms and conditions, as well as the nature of the work in the employer and standards rules and regulations followed by the employer.

Second, orient employees to the employer country's environment:
We also shall devote a short Pre Departure Orientation Training programme ( PDOTP ) to workers to familiarize them with the basics of communication and respect official coordinators, superiors besides the environment of the employer's country, respect the culture of the country and promote the values of peaceful coexistence with workers from other nationalities, as well as laws, acts rules and regulation followed by the employer's country and the consequences of breaching these laws and regulations.

Candidates' deployment & Mobilization

First, the Travelling arrangement
After receiving the visa, completing immigration procedures and travel approval, We shall arrange for the workers to travel, flight schedule, book Air tickets and employment travel insurance and ensure their vaccination and enrol their covid 19 vaccination certificate registration in the respective authorities of the employer's country and finally prepare them for deployment

Second, Transportation and Mobilization of the workers:
In coordination with the employer on the scheduling of flight trips and the date of arrival of workers, We shall arrange to make sure with the employer in order to pick up & receive the workers' passengers at the airports of the employer's country batches-wise.
As per the finalized flight schedule, We shall deliver the batches of workers passengers to the airports for departure from their sourcing country's Airport and confirm that they have flown to the employer country's Airport.
We shall follow up with the employer immediately upon the arrival of the workers' passengers batches to ensure all workers arrived safely to the employer's country and are picked up from the airport and mobilized to their accommodation and provided with a bed and given their food or food allowances and provided their jobs and duties as per the mentioned in the contracts followed by further procedure and issuance of the Iqama, work permit mobile sim cards etc.
